I need a long/ medium hair cut for a round face.?

I am in desperate need of a new style but I can't decide what. My face shape is similar to Mandy Moore's and I'm blonde. I know a long style will elongate my face. Should I get side wept bangs or just stick with layers? Should I dye my hair?
