i hope u realize that it is a matter of OPINION. Long hair (to me) is very cute and feminine. Short hair is more mature and sophisticated. It depends on what you mean by short though- by short I mean around chin length or shoulders. And long hair looks good as long as it's nice. Layers help add some spice to it. Try cutting it to bra strap length.
