okay, my hair is long and curly i want to cut it chopppy and short but at the same time long enough to put in a ponytail if it looks bad.

do you think it will look good?

do you have any ideas?

Curly Hair should NOT be cut above the shoulder!!!!!!!!!!!

Consider getting a shoulder length cut that has longer layers.

Don't layer into the back of your hair. Do not get a blunt cut.

If you get the haircut above, get a product that reinforces the curls and a product that gives it shine. Moisture is really important in curly hair. Be sure to frequently condition it. I have hair that is naturally curly and I love it!!!!

It's a big step, so I think it would be best to use hairstyling software to make sure you will like the new look before you get it cut.

your hair isn't curly! chopping off your hair will make you look younger, but go for it! get layers starting past your ears, if you want to tie it back.

yes u should try it out but u have pretty hair now too so be careful what u choose

You're quite pretty, and have a nice shape to your face... I think you can get away with just about anything except short, thinned and straight. Your long hair is gorgegous, but if you really want a change, make sure your shorter cut has layers and some body. Take several photo examples to your hairdresser...and go somewhere really nice for the cut. The big salons typically have better training. You can ask for a stylist with "some experience" because you want to make a significant change.

i recently chopped all my hair off it was really long and i did the victoria beckham style short and choppy it looks great and would recomend this cut !! i have dark hair and put some blonde chunks throughout and i just love it i would definately recomend a flat iron though it helps alot with different styles hope this helped
