i have had the worst hair cut i used to have really long hair and now its too my collar bone im gutted so i need some ideas to make my hair grow faster i heard that the right vitamins help please help

I know this sounds silly but I heard that if you do a head stand for a minute every day or so your hair will go faster.

I would advise to change your haircut to a better looking. then you won't suffer that much. or color your hair in a bright color to make it look cool and stylish. there are special shampoos and conditioners for making your hair grow faster, like bonacure(shwarzcopf) but they won't make your hair really long faster then in 5-6 months.... I think you need to grow them but to learn to live with it as well. try different hairstyles. I cut my hair too and was upset at first but now I like it more. much more comfortable and they are more healthy and stylish now. I made a special haircut, not just shorter and it's cool now. may be if you make some changes you'll love it too. Goodluck anyway. you can also try hair extensions or braids (adding some artificial hair to make them long immediately till they grow back)
