My friends parents wont let her cut her hair, so it's really long, but she REALLY wants to do something with her hair, any styling tips or pictures? Thanks!

if she can or can't a good option is hair spray and ribbons. just tie tehm in randomly they make it look super scene also check out "kids that kill" on myspace. they have amazing hair.
If her hair is relatively pale she could add some interesting colours using kool-aid. it works really well. you make a paste with it and some water and streak your hair with that. then leave it in for about 30 minutes and rinse out lightly with water. it'll probably come out with the next shampoo but it looks amazing.
